#238 The fact that we’re seeing an astronomical increase in everything from obesity, to cancer and depression should come as no surprise. Nearly every part of our lives has been contaminated, and our minds and bodies are out of whack as a collective because of it, paving the way for all sorts of ailments. Have you ever wondered why your energy is louder than any words or actions? Do you ever wake up feeling crabby in the morning for no obvious reason? And then the whole day unfolds matching that mood?

About Kim Morrison: Kim Morrison is an entrepreneur, health and lifestyle educator, speaker, acclaimed author and breakthrough coach empowering women all around the globe. Kim’s journey and all she has accomplished has stemmed from her unwavering self-belief and deep understanding that you must also take care of yourself first and foremost. In 1989, she set a world record as the youngest female to run 100 miles in less than 24 hours. Cliff Young was her mentor throughout and still to this day lives by his ethos that success is 90% mental and 10% physical. She has used her running story as a direct metaphor for life – riding the highs, hitting the walls, pushing through the pain barriers, crossing the line and never, ever giving up! She went on to represent Australia in 1990 at the world indoor 24-hour championships in the UK, where she set eight Australian records.
Kim holds qualifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, counselling and the 4-temperament theory, as well as in homeobotanical therapy, reflexology, ortho-bionomy, fitness leadership and remedial massage. She has spent most of her career dedicated to the teaching of her main passion – health, wellness and aromatherapy.
