#174 Me, Petra, and Matt cannot possibly experience any negative
emotions, because we run retreats and coach people, right? Wrong!
During this amazingly emotional conversation between the three of
us today, we focus on gratitude and its effects on all our
lives.

still sometimes face every day and how you need to allow yourself
to feel those emotions, before finding ways to shift the
situation.

practice.
