Let It In with Guy Lawrence

Nov 22, 2020

#146 This week, I’m here with the amazing Jonathan Hammond. Jonathan is an Author, Spiritual Teacher, Energy Healer, Shamanic Practioner, and Spiritual Counselor. In his own words, he is a healer who helps people come back to their nature.

This episode, as well as Jonathan’s work, is very relevant to our world now. A world were people are anxious, they are looking outside of themselves, and or feel disconnected from the world.

We talk about Huna and its principles and Jonathan offers some really practical things we can do or change within our lives to feel more connected and to heal from the past. Even if you think you don’t have a trauma to heal from, listening to Jonathan’s words will no doubt add something to how you approach the world, those around you, and yourself.
