In this podcast episode, Guy talked with Selma Hare, a
secondary-school educator and researcher, about her spontaneous
out-of-body experiences that began in 2011–2012 while she was
teaching in Hong Kong and later intensified in Portugal. Selma
described documenting hundreds of lucid “window series”
projections, encountering confused deceased people and learning how
to help them “cross over,” and visiting astral cities of light
described as places of healing, learning, and preparation for
reincarnation.
She outlined concepts such as light mentors, the “Umbra” as a dense
layer associated with purgatory-like states, and time behaving
differently across dimensions. Selma also connected her experiences
to ideas in physics, DMT during REM sleep, and
black-hole/event-horizon imagery as wormhole-like transitions,
arguing the occult is science not yet practiced, and emphasizing
grounding on Earth to build a fairer society “as above, so
below.

scientist, science historian, former heritage professional,
archaeologist and educator; who has been, all through the course of
this life, a prolific, spontaneous astral traveller, and is now
researching in the fields of anthroposophy, metaphysics,
